Le but final est de les aider \u00e0 augmenter leur nombre de rendez-vous car nous sommes une solution d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la prospection B2B mais je pense que cet article peut \u00eatre utile \u00e0 toutes les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s qui vendent une solution en SaaS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Automatiser des d\u00e9mos produit avec les Product Tours<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le product tour permet \u00e0 l\u2019utilisateur, comme son nom l\u2019indique, de faire un tour global du produit, fonctionnalit\u00e9 par fonctionnalit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour cela, nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 une page d\u2019accueil accessible directement depuis le logiciel pour aider les utilisateurs : <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/chappie.datananas.com\/welcome\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/chappie.datananas.com\/welcome<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sur cette page, l\u2019utilisateur va retrouver les diff\u00e9rents modules qui le guideront, \u00e9cran par \u00e9cran.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Par exemple ici, j\u2019ai fait les 2 premi\u00e8res \u00e9tapes du tour \u00ab\u00a0importer un fichier csv\u00a0\u00bb :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7661\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.datananas.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/intercom-product-tour.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"920\" height=\"402\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette fonctionnalit\u00e9 est pr\u00e9cieuse pour que l\u2019utilisateur puisse, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de mani\u00e8re autonome<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, appr\u00e9hender la solution dans de bonnes conditions et d\u00e9couvrir la puissance des fonctionnalit\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Un help center au coeur de votre relation utilisateur<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans la m\u00eame veine, il est bien s\u00fbr indispensable d\u2019avoir un <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/help.datananas.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">help center<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (ou FAQ) \u00e0 jour, non stop.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cr\u00e9er un help center est simple, le garder \u00e0 jour et le rendre compr\u00e9hensible de tous est un challenge de tous les jours. L\u00e0 encore, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de Nicolas attache une importance particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 cela. Soit cela redirige l\u2019utilisateur vers un article du help center, soit cela cr\u00e9e un ticket de support \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe en charge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous avons voulu aller plus loin en proposant une pr\u00e9sence humaine. De 9h \u00e0 18h, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de Nicolas est pr\u00e9sente sur le chat visible sur chaque \u00e9cran du logiciel, en bas \u00e0 droite. Le mot d\u2019ordre est simple, r\u00e9activit\u00e9, r\u00e9activit\u00e9 et r\u00e9activit\u00e9 \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deuxi\u00e8me r\u00e8gle, proposer le plus possible un article du help center pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l\u2019utilisateur :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cela permet d\u2019\u00e9viter une explication trop longue dans le chat, l\u2019article est plus clair<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cela permet de recenser les articles manquants et donc de les cr\u00e9er et donc de garder un help center \u00e0 jour \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfin, \u00e7a aide l\u2019utilisateur \u00e0 prendre le r\u00e9flexe d\u2019aller voir par lui-m\u00eame le help center<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rien de mieux qu\u2019un test en temps r\u00e9el ce jour \u00e0 17h12, voir ci-dessous \ud83d\ude42 (promis ce n\u2019est pas truqu\u00e9 !!)
