Vous savez, cette secr\u00e9taire dont le r\u00f4le est de bloquer tous les appels \u00e0 destination de cette personne que vous devez absolument joindre&#8230;Dans ce cas comment passer la barri\u00e8re du standard ?<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Voici une technique qui va vous permettre de passer un certain nombre de barri\u00e8res standard.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment passer la barri\u00e8re du standard<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>La technique des 3 questions<\/h3>\n<p>Cette technique repose sur un constat simple : lorsque la secr\u00e9taire d\u00e9croche le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, celle-ci ne vous posera jamais plus de 3 questions. Nous allons donc exploiter cette \u00ab\u00a0faille\u00a0\u00bb et tenter d&rsquo;orienter ces questions pour obtenir ce que l&rsquo;on veut, \u00e0 savoir \u00eatre mis en relation avec le bon interlocuteur.<\/p>\n<p>Premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape : Ne commencez jamais votre appel par <em>\u00ab\u00a0Bonjour, je suis Monsieur X de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Machin&#8230;\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Commencez plut\u00f4t par :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Bonjour, est-ce que vous pourriez me passer Monsieur Bidule s&rsquo;il vous pla\u00eet ?<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s tout, c&rsquo;est comme cela que commencerait quelqu&rsquo;un qui connait bien Monsieur Bidule non ? De plus vous orientez la premi\u00e8re question de la secr\u00e9taire, et \u00e0 tous les coups elle vous demandera :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Oui, c&rsquo;est de la part de qui ? (question #1)<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A partir de ce moment, r\u00e9pondez par votre pr\u00e9nom + nom, mais n&rsquo;indiquez pas votre soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Vous orientez une nouvelle fois la seconde question :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Vous travaillez pour quelle soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ? (question #2)<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Donnez le nom de votre soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Souvent, le jeu des questions-r\u00e9ponses s&rsquo;arr\u00eate l\u00e0. Parfois, vous aurez droit \u00e0 une troisi\u00e8me question qui peut-\u00eatre l&rsquo;une des suivantes :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>C&rsquo;est \u00e0 quel sujet ? (question #3)<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><em>Vous aviez rendez-vous ? (question #3)<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dans tous les cas, restez vague en r\u00e9pondant \u00ab\u00a0c&rsquo;est \u00e0 propos du mail que je lui ai envoy\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0Ah bon, il faut prendre RDV pour lui parler ?\u00a0\u00bb (sur un ton ironique). Attention cependant \u00e0 ne jamais mentir, c&rsquo;est une fa\u00e7on stupide d&rsquo;\u00eatre grill\u00e9&#8230; Une fois pass\u00e9 les 2 ou 3 questions de screening, la secr\u00e9taire va g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement vous r\u00e9pondre :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Je vais voir si il\/elle est disponible<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A partir de maintenant, croisez les doigts !
