Voici les 4 comp\u00e9tences indispensables que devrait avoir un(e) bon(nne) commercial(e), et quelques id\u00e9es pour les tester.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Quelles sont les qualit\u00e9s \u00e0 tester pour recruter un bon commercial<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Une pr\u00e9sentation irr\u00e9prochable<\/h3>\n<p>Que ce soit par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou en face \u00e0 face, la pr\u00e9sentation du candidat doit \u00eatre irr\u00e9prochable, car il v\u00e9hicule l&rsquo;image de l&rsquo;entreprise. Voici quelques questions qui vous permettront d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer sa pr\u00e9sentation :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Est-il habill\u00e9 correctement (chemise, costume\/tailleur, &#8230;) ?<\/li>\n<li>Est-il capable de se pr\u00e9senter de fa\u00e7on claire \u00e0 l&rsquo;oral ? Sur son CV ?<\/li>\n<li>Est-il capable de faire une pr\u00e9sentation Power Point propre et claire ?<\/li>\n<li>Est-il \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure pour votre RDV ?<\/li>\n<li>Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;entretien, envoie-il un e-mail de remerciement ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Une capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9coute et d&rsquo;adaptation<\/h3>\n<p>Si la caricature du commercial est une personne qui parle beaucoup et a \u00ab\u00a0la tchatche\u00a0\u00bb, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est surtout qu&rsquo;un bon commercial a une capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9coute et d&rsquo;adaptation au discours de ses prospects. Le commercial ne doit pas vouloir vendre son produit \u00e0 tout prix, mais plut\u00f4t \u00eatre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9coute des besoins de ses prospects, pour leur proposer la solution la plus adapt\u00e9e (et m\u00eame si cette solution n&rsquo;est pas un produit de l&rsquo;entreprise !). Voici quelques id\u00e9es pour tester la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9coute de vos candidats \u00e0 des postes commerciaux :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Est-ce qu&rsquo;il pose les questions qui devraient l&rsquo;int\u00e9resser ?<br \/>\nLors de votre entretien, donnez peu d&rsquo;informations afin de voir s&rsquo;il pose les questions suivantes : Quelle est la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration ? Quel est le processus de recrutement &amp; quand allez-vous lui donner une r\u00e9ponse ? Combien avez-vous vu d&rsquo;autres candidats ? Quelle est la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration ? &#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Lors de l&rsquo;entretien de recrutement, proposez-lui une mise en situation dans laquelle il devra vous vendre quelque chose. Est-ce qu&rsquo;il parle du produit en vous vantant ses 205 fonctionnalit\u00e9s\/avantages, ou est-ce qu&rsquo;il vous pose des questions ? S&rsquo;il choisit la seconde voie, il devrait m\u00eame \u00eatre capable de vendre un produit qu&rsquo;il ne conna\u00eet pas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Une proactivit\u00e9 et une pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance \u00e0 toute \u00e9preuve<\/h3>\n<p>Un bon commercial sera capable d&rsquo;aller prospecter de nouveaux clients, et de les relancer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une r\u00e9ponse. Vendre un produit, ou se vendre lui-m\u00eame, c&rsquo;est finalement pareil non ? Exigez la m\u00eame proactivit\u00e9 et la m\u00eame pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance lorsque vous recrutez un commercial :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Lors du premier entretien t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique, ne l&rsquo;appelez pas pour voir s&rsquo;il prend l&rsquo;initiative de vous appeler lui-m\u00eame<\/li>\n<li>Est-ce qu&rsquo;il vous relance par email ou t\u00e9l\u00e9phone apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;entretien si vous ne lui donnez pas de r\u00e9ponse ?<\/li>\n<li>Lorsque vous avez fait votre choix, exigez une r\u00e9ponse rapide du candidat pour voir s&rsquo;il est capable de prendre une d\u00e9cision rapidement, et \u00e9ventuellement de refuser d&rsquo;autres pistes de jobs en cours.<\/li>\n<li>N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 \u00eatre dur dans la n\u00e9gociation (salaire\/avantages\/etc&#8230;) : si c&rsquo;est un bon commercial, il sera de toute fa\u00e7on meilleur que vous \u00e0 ce jeu l\u00e0 \ud83d\ude09<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Une compr\u00e9hension du march\u00e9 et des acteurs<\/h3>\n<p>Votre candidat commercial doit avoir une capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 comprendre le march\u00e9 dans lequel vous \u00e9voluez : Qui sont les concurrents et quelles sont leurs forces\/faiblesses par rapport \u00e0 vous ? Qui sont les partenaires potentiels ? Qui seront les d\u00e9cideurs dans l&rsquo;entreprise cible ?<\/p>\n<p>Ses capacit\u00e9s de compr\u00e9hension peuvent s&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir une fois que le commercial aura rejoint l&rsquo;entreprise, et vous pourrez donc \u00eatre plus indulgent sur ces points-l\u00e0 avec un commercial junior. Il est cependant toujours int\u00e9ressant de tester sa capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;analyse, surtout si le candidat ne connait pas encore le secteur, en lui demandant une courte pr\u00e9sentation Power Point lors d&rsquo;un entretien.
