D\u00e8s les premiers contacts avec nos prospects, nous mettons en place une d\u00e9marche forte de compr\u00e9hension de leurs besoins. En leur offrant un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 Datananas Academy au cours des premiers \u00e9changes, ils comprennent imm\u00e9diatement pourquoi nous utilisons le terme de Customer Success au lieu du traditionnel support client.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est \u00e9galement un excellent moyen pour nous d\u2019\u00e9valuer le niveau d\u2019expertise et ainsi d\u2019adapter notre discours commercial.<\/p>\n<h2>Quel outil utiliser pour former ses clients ?<\/h2>\n<p>Nous avons fait le choix de collaborer avec <a href=\"\/\/fr.360learning.com\/?utm_source=datananas&amp;utm_medium=articleblog&amp;utm_campaign=20170529emailing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">360Learning<\/a>, \u00e9diteur fran\u00e7ais de solution d\u2019e-learning. En effet, leur plateforme est tr\u00e8s simple d\u2019acc\u00e8s, ergonomique et les possibilit\u00e9s de cr\u00e9ation de parcours tr\u00e8s pouss\u00e9es. Nous avons d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 des parcours avec des questions ouvertes, qui nous permettent d\u2019\u00e9changer sur des points pr\u00e9cis et faire des retours pertinents. Par exemple nous demandons \u00e0 nos clients de r\u00e9diger une premi\u00e8re version de leurs emails de prospection, pour ensuite les corriger ensemble. En alternant avec des questions ferm\u00e9es, pour v\u00e9rifier leurs connaissances, nous pouvons \u00e9valuer les points \u00e0 retravailler ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>A cet effet, <a href=\"#video\">nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec eux une vid\u00e9o<\/a> vous partageant notre d\u00e9marche p\u00e9dagogique, notre vision et nos valeurs au service d\u2019une approche innovante de la formation de nos clients.<\/p>\n<h2>Former ses clients pour les fid\u00e9liser \u00e0 long terme<\/h2>\n<p>Il est tr\u00e8s important pour nous de cr\u00e9er une relation sur le long terme avec nos utilisateurs.
