Lanc\u00e9e en Septembre 2013, c\u2019est la seule start-up double incub\u00e9e Science-Po \/ HEC. Nous comptons aujourd\u2019hui 50000 candidats sur notre base, et plus de 500 entreprises recrutent sur Monkey tie.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Comment se d\u00e9roule votre process commercial ?<\/h2>\n<p>Pour le d\u00e9veloppement commercial, nous sommes une \u00e9quipe de trois personnes, dont un Responsable Commercial. Mon r\u00f4le est d\u2019accro\u00eetre le portefeuille de clients, \u00e9vang\u00e9liser le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi et proposer aux entreprises des solutions innovantes leur permettant de trouver les talents qui leur correspondent.<\/p>\n<p>Notre processus est assez simple : nous identifions des entreprises qui recrutent, et nous cherchons le\/la responsable du recrutement. Ensuite, j\u2019appelle l\u2019entreprise en question dans le but de prendre un RDV avec cette personne-l\u00e0.\u00a0Lorsque je n\u2019y arrive pas au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone du premier coup, c\u2019est l\u00e0 que <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.datananas.com\/fr\/former-ses-clients-prospection-commerciale\/\">Datananas <\/a>intervient : cela me donne l\u2019adresse mail de la personne pour une deuxi\u00e8me approche.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NB<\/strong> : Datananas a chang\u00e9.
