De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, il faut privil\u00e9gier les objets courts et personnalis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2>Le contenu de vos emails est impersonnel<\/h2>\n<p>Vous devez imp\u00e9rativement utiliser des champs personnalis\u00e9s dans vos emails comme le pr\u00e9nom et l&rsquo;entreprise de votre prospect. Cela n&rsquo;est cependant pas suffisant, et le contenu de l&#8217;email doit lui aussi \u00eatre personnalis\u00e9, en adressant les probl\u00e9matiques sp\u00e9cifiques au prospect, en citant des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences d&rsquo;entreprises similaires ou de concurrents, en citant des relations communes, etc&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>Le contenu de vos emails est trop long<\/h2>\n<p>C&rsquo;est r\u00e9dhibitoire : si vos emails font plus de 3 phrases, ils ne seront pas lus. Limitez-vous \u00e0 trois phrases maximum, par exemple :<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Intro<\/li>\n<li>Ce que vous voulez \/ ce que vous apportez<\/li>\n<li>Votre demande (un call-to-action sous forme de question)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2>Vous essayez trop de vendre<\/h2>\n<p>Le but de votre premier email de prospection que vous envoyez ne doit pas \u00eatre trop vendeur. Son but est avant tout d&rsquo;obtenir un premier contact et une r\u00e9ponse. Regardez par exemple le <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.datananas.com\/fr\/cold-calling-2-0-par-la-team-predictable-revenue\/\">premier cold email envoy\u00e9 par l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de Predictable Revenue<\/a> : il comporte seulement une seule question.<\/p>\n<h2>Pas d&rsquo;appel \u00e0 l&rsquo;action clair<\/h2>\n<p>Tous vos emails doivent se terminer par un appel \u00e0 l&rsquo;action clair, sinon votre prospect ne sait pas clairement ce que vous attendez le lui, et rien de pire qu&rsquo;un e-mail de prospection dont on ne sait pas quoi faire \u00e0 part ne pas y r\u00e9pondre. Cet appel \u00e0 l&rsquo;action est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une question : il est toujours mieux de dire \u00ab\u00a0Seriez-vous disponible pour un rapide \u00e9change t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique \u00e0 15H ?\u00a0\u00bb plut\u00f4t que \u00ab\u00a0J&rsquo;aimerais avoir votre feedback\u00a0\u00bb. Dans le premier cas, le prospect sait quelle action vous attendez de lui, et cette action est de plus tr\u00e8s simple : r\u00e9pondre \u00ab\u00a0oui\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0non\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2>Ne pas envoyer d&#8217;emails de relance<\/h2>\n<p>Si vous pensez qu&rsquo;envoyer un seul email de prospection est suffisant&#8230; vous avez tout faux. Envoyez des emails de relances <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.datananas.com\/fr\/combien-de-fois-faut-il-relancer-un-prospect\/\">jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une r\u00e9ponse<\/a> : vous vous d\u00e9marquerez de 90% des commerciaux. Vous aurez toujours un ou deux prospects qui n&rsquo;appr\u00e9cieront gu\u00e8re votre insistance, mais l&rsquo;immense majorit\u00e9 admirera votre pugnacit\u00e9.
